Conditions
- Virtual access is personal and cannot be transferred or shared. Conference staff will remove anyone who cannot be identified as a registered participant.
- For security reasons, Zoom links and passwords are not sent by email. Please follow the access instructions to join online.
Virtual presentations
- Hybrid and virtual sessions are live-streamed through Zoom and are not recorded. In-person-only sessions are not available online.
- All times in the programme are in Shanghai time (UTC+8).
- Online speakers should follow the instructions for virtual presentations.
Passwords
- The Zoom password is available to registered participants through the online tool during the conference.
- The same password is valid for all Zoom rooms, but it will be updated periodically. Please check the online tool for the current password.
Assistance
- Hybrid and virtual rooms are monitored by a conference assistant identified on Zoom as “Angel” followed by a number.
- If you are already in a Zoom room, contact the Angel through the chat.

- If the problem persists, contact the conference support desk during conference hours through the virtual support room (passcode: 112) or by email.
