Virtual Access
- Log in to the online tool to get the current Zoom password and keep your session open.
- Open the interactive programme in another tab and click on the session you wish to attend. You will be redirected to Zoom, where you will need the current password.
- Keep the Zoom chat visible for instructions from the chair and conference assistants.
Additional Access Information
- You must be registered and logged in to the online tool in the same browser.
- Virtual rooms are accessed through the interactive programme, not the static programme.
- Click on the session, not on an individual talk. Clicking on a talk will only display its abstract.
- Make sure your first and last name on Zoom match your conference registration. Rename yourself if necessary.
- If you cannot access a session, check that you are logged in, refresh the programme page, and try again. If the password has been updated, get the current one from the online tool.
