Lecture Rooms
EcoSta 2027 will have in-person-only, hybrid, and virtual rooms. The type of room determines whether a session can be accessed online.
- In-person-only rooms host sessions entirely at the conference venue. Speakers, chairs, and attendees participate in person, and the sessions are not live-streamed or accessible through Zoom.
- Hybrid rooms are physical conference rooms connected to Zoom. Speakers, chairs, and attendees may participate in person or online. Hybrid rooms may also host fully virtual sessions when necessary; these will be identified as virtual in the programme.
- Virtual rooms run exclusively on Zoom (see the virtual area). Speakers and chairs participate online. In-person participants can join these sessions from the quiet rooms using their own devices and headphones.
Quiet Rooms
Quiet rooms will be available for in-person participants who wish to join virtual sessions from the conference venue. Participants should use their own laptop or device and headphones. Locations will be provided in due course.
Location of the Physical Rooms
Information about the conference buildings, lecture rooms, and quiet rooms at the ShanghaiTech University Pudong Campus will be provided in due course.
Posters
Poster sessions will be virtual. In-person participants will be able to join the poster sessions from the room assigned in the programme, using their own devices. See the poster instructions for details.
