Instructions for posters
- Poster sessions are virtual. You do not need to upload or send your poster in advance. In-person participants can join from the room designated in the programme using their own devices.
- There is no required poster format, size, or orientation. Use the format that best presents your work and can be clearly displayed through Zoom.
- Join the poster session at least 10 minutes before it starts, following the virtual access instructions.
- All presenters will join the same Zoom session. The chair will call presenters in turn to share their posters on screen.
- In the first round, each presenter will have a few minutes to briefly introduce the poster and its main results. Please keep this introduction short; the session is intended mainly for questions and discussion.
- The chair will then rotate through the posters for questions and discussion. The time available for each poster will depend on the number of posters in the session and will be announced by the chair.
