- Where can I find the Zoom links?
Hybrid and virtual rooms are accessed through the interactive programme. You must be registered and logged in to the online tool in another tab of the same browser. See the virtual access instructions. - Where can I find the Zoom password?
The current password is available to registered participants through the online tool during the conference. - The password is not working.
Passwords are active only during the conference and are updated periodically. Check the online tool for the current password and make sure there are no spaces before or after it. - I did not receive the Zoom link or password by email.
Zoom links and passwords are not sent by email for security reasons. Please follow the virtual access instructions. - I cannot find the Zoom links in the programme.
Zoom links are available only in the interactive programme, not in the static programme. In-person-only sessions do not have Zoom links. - I can see the abstract, but I am not redirected to Zoom.
Click on the session, not on an individual talk. Clicking on a talk displays its abstract. - I get “Error accessing the rooms”.
Make sure you are registered and logged in to the online tool in another tab of the same browser. Keep that session open, refresh the interactive programme, and try again. - The Zoom meeting has not started yet.
Zoom rooms may open only about 15 minutes before the session starts. Please try again closer to the starting time. - My audio, video, or screen sharing is not working.
Check your Zoom settings and close other applications using your camera or microphone. If the problem persists, you can use your smartphone for audio and video while keeping the presentation open on your computer. See Zoom support if needed. - I cannot connect to Zoom.

If you are already in a Zoom room, contact the room assistant (“Angel”) through the chat. Otherwise, use the virtual support room (passcode: 112) or email the conference support desk.
