Instructions for virtual talks
- You do not need to upload your presentation in advance, but make sure you can share it through Zoom before the conference.
- Follow the instructions to access the virtual sessions and connect at least 10 minutes before your session starts.
- Identify yourself as a speaker to the chair or the room assistant (“Angel”) through the Zoom chat.
- When requested by the chair, share your presentation and turn on your camera and microphone.
- Standard talks last 25 minutes, including 4–5 minutes of discussion. Short talks last 15 minutes, including 2–3 minutes of discussion. Timing must be strictly observed.
- When you finish, stop sharing your screen and mute your microphone.
