The welcome reception is open to all registrants but pre-registration is required. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the welcome reception. It will take place on the 8th of August 2026 from 19:00 to 20:30. Details will be provided in due course.

The conference dinner will take place on the 9th of August 2026, 19:00-21:00 at the restaurant Funatsuru Kyoto Kamogawa Resort (180 Minoyacho, Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto).

The dinner includes a four-course meal and free-flow drinks for 2 hours.

The conference dinner is optional, and registration is required. Participants must bring their conference badges to attend the conference dinner. Information about the purchased conference dinner ticket is embedded in the QR code on the conference badge.
