Indications for posters

  1. All the posters will be posted online, but in-person participants will be able to meet physically during the poster session by the registration area (Room J301 of Jojukan).
  2. Send your poster in png format to info@CMStatistics.org by the 2nd of June. Landscape orientation is advisable. If a preliminary version is sent by the 26th of May, you will be able to see it in the test session on Sunday the 29th of May.
  3. Enter your Gather room for posters 5-7 minutes before the session starts by following the indications to the participants to access.
  4. Find your poster panel and stand by it with your camera, micro and audio on during the whole session. When a participant approaches your poster panel, you will be able to interact.
  5. You can visit the poster session room during the test sessions on the 29th of May.
