The registration process and fees are the same for virtual and in-person participants. Virtual participants will have access to all sessions via live-streaming.

Session organizers and contributed speakers will be able to change their contribution mode until the 15th of September, 2026. Invited speakers should coordinate their presentation mode with the session organizers. After that date, the presentation mode can still be changed, but talks cannot be rescheduled.

The applicable registration fee is determined by the date when the organizers receive payment, not when the registration form is completed. The registration fee includes participation in the available sessions, networking activities, and conference material. Eco-registration is available during the registration process.

Presenting authors must register by the 8th September, 2025, to confirm participation in the conference. Only registered participants will be considered for the scientific programme.

The welcome reception on Saturday, the 13th December, 2025, is free to all registered participants, but preregistration is required for health and safety reasons. The reception has limited capacity, and places are not guaranteed for those registering after the 16th September, 2025.
