The conference venue is Birkbeck, University of London, Birkbeck Central Building (BCB) and Birkbeck Malet Street (BBK main building).

The registration and cashier desk will be open on Friday afternoon from 16:00 to 18:00, throughout the weekend from 8:00 to 18:00, and on Monday from 8:15 to 16:30, at the entrance hall of Birkbeck Central. Birkbeck Central opens at 8:00, so you will not be able to enter before that time.
The entrance to the sessions and open social events is restricted to those who have the conference badge. Thus, before attending any session or event, you must collect your badge at the registration desk.
The coffee breaks will last 40 minutes each (beginning 10 minutes before the times indicated in the programme). These will take place in the Conservatory located on the first floor of Birkbeck Central. You must have your conference badge in order to attend the coffee breaks.
