Title: Doubly robust estimation of conditional average treatment effect for the treated under DID framework

Abstract: A new estimator is proposed to estimate the conditional average treatment effect for the treated(CATT) under the difference in difference(DID) framework. Comparing to the ordinary estimator, our new estimator not only doubly robust, but also more stable and more efficient under some situation. Simulation shows that the new estimator has good finite sample performance. Finally, we use this new estimator to estimate the mean treatment effect of increasing minimum wage on counties' unemployment rates, we find that counties with different median income levels are affected differently by the policy.
