The Welcome Reception is open to all registrants who had preregistered and accompanying persons who have purchased a reception ticket. It will take place on Thursday 15th of June 2017 at LKC University Center building. Conference registrants must bring their conference badge and ticket, and any accompanying persons should bring their reception tickets in order to attend the reception. Preregistration is required due to health and safety reasons. The Welcome Reception is fully sponsored by the HKUST Business School.

The Conference Dinner will take place on Friday the 16th June 2017 at the Conference Lodge. The conference dinner is optional and registration is required. You must have your Conference Dinner ticket in order to attend the conference dinner.

The registration will be open on Wednesday 14th June 2017 from 17:30 to 19:00 at the Ground Hall of the venue. At the same time, we will offer an ice-breaker free to all the registered participants at the Hall G of the venue. If you are in Hong Kong on Thursday it is highly recommended that you register to avoid long queues on Thursday morning. The registration will be also open from Thursday 15th June 2017 to Saturday 17th of June 2017 at the same place.

A closing drink will be served just after the closing on Saturday (18:15-18:45) at the Hall G of the venue. The closing drink is sponsored by Elsevier and it is open to all the participants.
